Return Policy

Return Policy

Zion Gear Company strives to provide our customers a hassle-free return process. Products purchased from us may be returned under the following conditions:
  • We will accept returns for unopened items, in unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on food items.
  • The product must not have been purchased from our clearance section.
  • Solar Generators, Solar Panels and related accessories have a 20% restocking fee.
  • The customer must notify Ziongear.com within 5 days of receipt of the delivery that they wish to return the product by email at customersupport@ziongear.com. Please include order number in the subject line of email. We will confirm receipt of your notice within 2 business days.
  • If more than 5 days have passed since your receipt of the delivery, we cannot offer you a refund.
Return Process
  • A Return Authorization number and address will be provided for the return. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number plainly visible on the outside of the box.
  • We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 business days of our receiving your return.
  • Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. This will not be refunded. A traceable shipping method is suggested such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Zion Gear Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. Credit will not be issued for products damaged during return shipment. It is recommended to insure all return shipments.

Damaged Products

Zion Gear Company insures all shipments to customers. If shipment is damaged please notify us within 2 days of receipt via email at customersupport@ziongear.com. The order number will need to be included in subject line. We ask that you let us know which item(s) were damaged in shipping. We will send another shipment at no cost to you. Please keep all item(s) that are damaged as well as the shipping box, do not throw them away as we will need them in order to file a claim with the carrier. A return shipping label will be provided at no charge to you for the return of the damaged shipment.

Defective Product

Zion Gear Company gives a 30 day warranty on all items that we sell. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered, abused or improperly used. Notice of a defect must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. Please contact us by email at customersupport@ziongear.com to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return item. We ask that you contact the manufacturer for warranty defects if it is after the first 30 days.
